ARTIST STATEMENT

Tom Higham is Co-Director of Modular Projects (with Ed Carter), a curation, production and consultancy organisation working primarily in digital media. Tom is interested in the enabling power of digital technology, and inspired by well considered, simple and effective ideas and artworks.

He is also Administrative Director of Wunderbar Festival, Director of new film festival, Press Play, and a freelance project manager and consultant. He was previously AV Festival Manager and has experience running projects for Tyneside Cinema and Northern Lights Film Festival (NLFF).
