The films I have directed so far have been made by arranging a collage of ideas, cultural icons and symbols to make environments which are part of some larger cycle or process.
I completed a Random Acts film last year. By the end of the year I had finished my Masters degree in Animation and since then I have been working freelance in Newcastle – picking up commercial work while I can while working on an R&D film for the planetarium in the Life Centre. I designed and created the VR element of the Echoes of Abstraction, Laing exhibition. I have recently started tutoring at Northumbria University.
