My practice draws inspiration from journeys, navigation, memory, loss, ecology and the cycle of reproduction. Working with a variety of materials that complement the process and exploration of the physical space. The natural change that occurs during the conception and birth translating into enigmatic, juxtaposition of both familiar and ambiguous shapes creating a visual relationship between creator and viewer. I am inspired by the silence of a space, architecture, staircases, industrial landscapes, historical landscapes and the vibrations, frequencies, the new language that is created by the abstraction of time, exploring the multiples of 9 within my practice.
