About the Event

book-launch of plant a forest after we are gone by gobscure/burn with live readings, film and audio work on display in the gallery by the artist.

radical photographic self-portraiture accompanied by prose-poems from someone in the clinically extremely vulnerable (shielding) group during the pandemic. furthering our solo self-portrait exhibition at at Alma Zevi Venice we focus on details – mainly our scars, coupled with backyard details (mainly growth). though acknowledging fragility it is intended as beautiful, haunting and defiant.

there will also be a reading of a new text by eddie doyle and some food by purplestateofmind,  inspired by gobscure/burn’s new book.

alongside other art and food, come help fill NewBridge windows with liquid chalk love too
