The NewBridge Project is very pleased to present an interactive and informative seminar for artists designed to give you confidence to communicate your value and needs to others as you develop and sustain your individual practices and livelihoods. This workshop has been devised especially in response to NewBridge member’s needs by artists’ mentor and adviser Susan Jones and performer and community animator Rosa Stourac McCreery.
This workshop considers the barriers artists can face when negotiating the terms for new work. It provides a combination of tactical tips to enable artists to retain their integrity and make better arrangements which reflect their professional status and experience level, and opportunity to acquire skills and techniques which by boosting their personal confidence, enhance artists’ power to get what they need from working arrangements.
Please wear warm clothes and shoes which you are comfortable moving in.
