The NewBridge Project : Gateshead
Artists Katy Cole and Sarah Tulloch hosted a family collage making workshop inspired by their exhibition Indicator and Sarah’s book Object Image.
Indicator is the second exhibition in the on-going collaboration between North East based artists Katy Cole, Annie O’Donnell and Sarah Tulloch. The artists have examined making and exhibiting as research tools to unfold parochial, subjective approaches to ‘collage practice.’ The project continues the tradition of collage as a strategy for cultural critique and as an indicator of future political and social directions.
