As part of the Shieldfield Youth Programme Felt Nowt’s’ Lee Kyle will be joining us for two days where you can learn and practice the art of writing and performing a comedy routine:
Monday 23rd- Workshop 11:00-15:30:
Learn the basics of stand up comedy with Lee Kyle, how to write a comedy routine, how to be stupid, how to relax onstage, how to tell a joke and lots more. Lee has been a comedian for 12 years travelling all over the world doing shows for adults and families. This workshop will be as fun as it is informative and is perfect for people aged 8 and up.
Friday 27th- Performance 17:00-18:45:
Present what you have done at the workshop to your family and friends! This will be followed by a show from Lee who regularly hosts the family show at the Stand and has performed all over the UK including Edinburgh Fringe.Both the workshop and show will be at the Star and Shadow on Warwick Street.
