Join us for the 2023 series of Mesh Hackathons!

In 2020 the artists taking part on Into The Wild artist development programme worked with illustrator and designer Esther McManus to create a wiki site as a growing resource for artists around the country to share local knowledge, inspiration and useful resources.

Got a great method for casting? Know a really friendly studio co-op? Read something super inspirational? You can share it all on Mesh and feel connected to other artists starting out across the UK.

We are now revisiting Mesh to train others up in how to use it, contribute to it and share it far and wide to make it the most useful it can be for artists trying to develop their work.

We are running these in collaboration with other artist development programmes and alternative art schools around the UK. At each event there will be a short intro to the arts organisation with a chance to ask questions and see how you can get involved too.

This event takes place online and is free for all to attend online. Collective Studio members will be invited to join Dan Russell  in person at the NewBridge Project – he will communicate directly with those members!

The events will take place on zoom with closed captions available, please email sophie@chisenhale.co.uk if you have any other access adjustments we are very happy to accommodate.
