You are hereby invited to the NewBridge Summer Fun Day, taking in sports day and swimming at the beach, an exhibition opening, a quiz (hosted by NewBridge artist in residence and podcast queen Caitlin Merrett King) and a dance-party disco!
If you work in the day, come at night. If you work at night, come in the day. If you are going to the MA shows, make an artcrawl of it and come here to celebrate afterwards. If you have the whole day off, join us for a whole day of fun!
DAYTIME:
At the Beach
12 Noon: Meet @ Tynemouth Longsands
12 – 1pm: Picnic Lunch (BYO)
1 – 3pm: Sports Day: rounders, games & races
3 – 4pm: Sea Swim to cool off
EVENING TIME:
At the NewBridge Project : Gateshead
6pm KA Bird: Vacuum Born Exhibition Launch
8pm: Party Atmosphere Commences
9 – 10pm: Quiz w/Caitlin Merrett King
10pm – 12 midnight: DJ dance party w/Pink Keith!
Please note: Last orders will be at 11.30pm.
