You can find details of the individual roles below. If you’re considering putting in an application but still have some questions, please email us to book a chat with one of our team that can last anywhere between two minutes and half an hour.

Currently open for applications and enquiries:

Project Manager – £21,500 pro rata
(part time, can be combined with the Community Coordinator role)

We are looking for a Project Manager to work with our Director on the research, development and delivery of a new strand of artist development. The role will include leading on engagement and relationship building, planning and managing a programme of workshops and projects, working with an Advisory group, as well as ongoing evaluation to support long-term development of the programme beyond the pilot year. Deadline: Monday 30 November, 5pm

Community Coordinator –  £20,500 pro rata
(part time, can be combined with the Project Manager role)
We are looking for a Community Coordinator to work in collaboration with our small team to build new audiences and engage new communities in our public programme and across our buildings. The Community Coordinator will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with local community groups, engaging local residents in our work and space, and in listening and learning from our neighbours so that our spaces and programme can be developed in response to local need. Deadline: Monday 30 November, 5pm

Programme Coordinator – £19,500
(full time, entry-level, supported by a Weston Jerwood Creative Bursary)
The NewBridge Project are looking for a Programme Coordinator to provide creative, organisational and administrative support across all our artistic programmes including exhibitions, commissions, events, bookshop and artist development. This role is about on the job learning, so you don’t need to have had previous experience working in the arts or in a similar role. Deadline: Monday 7 December, 5pm
