Jam packed with Newcastle’s emerging performance artists, PerHaps Now will fill your Saturday with unexpected delights. It’s camp, it’s clowny, it’s DIY, and it’s coming to Star and Shadow Cinema.
Expect singing stones, dancing peas, bungee cords, and some carefully curated chaos.
This will be the debut show of The Performance Troupe, a newly formed group making collaborative and alternate art in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Members include Zoe Kendall, Lucy Heaton, Abi Fletcher, Amy Finch, Gen Mungo, Jenni Mac, LC Crim and Liberty Hodes.

And if you’re thinking – ‘I fancy me some of that’ – then we have two incredible workshops so you can join the experimentation yourself.

We have invited Newcastle’s beloved queer scene to put on a hip-thrusting, heavily bearded show for you. It’s not often that you see a drag night dedicated to King’s, so we’ve put Tiny Temper up to the task of making that dream a reality. Let’s just say if you’re not there, then you’re really missing out.
