Random Acts North and The NewBridge Project hosted an information session and film screening for emerging artists (aged 16-24) interested in applying to make a short film as part of the Random Acts North training programme, which offers you the opportunity to have your film broadcast on Channel 4.
We invited emerging artists to come along and find out more about the programme, meet the team delivering Random Acts and get real advice on how to improve your chances of being commissioned as well as watch previously commissioned films and hear first-hand from the directors about their experiences of creating a Random Act.
We invited young creatives with exciting ideas, whatever their experience or background, no previous filmmaking experience was necessary!
