TopSoil

Every Friday 10.30am - 12.30pm Co-work space : Shieldfield Centre

TopSoil is a queer gardening club at The NewBridge Project, building a community resource for growing ideas around sustainability, visibility and queer ecologies. It is rooted in the idea that growing a garden is a radical act of resistance.

Every Friday

10.30am – 12.30pm

The NewBridge Project Gallery space

TopSoil is a queer gardening club, held weekly at The NewBridge Project. These closed sessions intend to grow a garden and a community through a programme of co-created activity. TopSoil invites local, queer practitioners who will share their work and skills with the group. TopSoil has demonstrated how to grow your own food, as well as shared knowledge around sustainability, queer ecology, natural dyes and how growing and gardening is a radical act of resistance.

TopSoil is facilitated by Izzy Finch and Rachel Loran.

The programme is decided upon by the group and sessions are free to attend. For more information and to book a place email izzy@thenewbridgeproject.com
