Join us for the final session of UpSkill, and elevate your digital presence in this beginner-friendly session with Meaghan Stewart! This event is also open and free to members of the Kaleidoscope Network.
This session will provide a hands-on guide to documenting and sharing your work digitally. You will learn simple, jargon-free techniques for:

If you opt to attend remotely, a member of staff will contact you on the day of the workshop with a Zoom link and more info about the session and a digital code of conduct. If attending in person, arrive by 10:45am for a prompt 11am start.
This is an interactive session, and we encourage you to ask questions, share your suggestions, and actively participate in activities and discussions. If you prefer to listen, that’s perfectly fine too!
This is a hybrid event and will take place both online and in real life.
What you need
It would be beneficial for you to bring your own laptop, tablet, or phone, along with a small piece of your artwork to photograph. If you’re not already a member, we will assist you in connecting to our Wi-Fi. We will have some spare laptops available for use if you do not have your own.
We will provide paper and pens. Feel free to bring your laptop, tablet, phone, or your preferred device.

Meaghan Stewart (she/her) is the Communications Producer at the NewBridge Project leading and supporting all communications efforts. She works across print media, website, social media, and press outreach. She ensures that NewBridge’s diverse and exciting programmes reach and inspire new and existing audiences. Meaghan has a wealth of experience with marketing and communications experience in both the public and private sectors and a talent for creating compelling and influential content.
Meaghan is passionate about merging technology with creativity. She explores the intersection of memory, fiction, and experience through practice-based research that incorporates photography, text, video, and digital technology. Her work examines the boundary between the real and the virtual, while also challenging traditional notions of home-making to promote innovative world-building.
UpSkill is an exciting programme of workshops focused on how to thrive as an artist; from writing to self-employment, network building to promoting yourself online and curating to designing your own workshop!
