The NewBridge Project Gallery is closed throughout March. NewBridge Books will be open as usual.
Our buildings are now closed to the public until further notice. We are in the process of moving out of our premises on Gateshead High Street, and our Carliol House space is now completely vacated. Our new site at The Shieldfield Centre is under construction.
During this transition period we will still host one-off, offsite and online events (such as our walk with Ian Nesbitt) the location details of which will be posted on the individual event pages in our Programme section.
NewBridge Books and our gallery, workshops and project spaces will be open from Autumn 2021, further details will be announced on our website in due course.
Our staff are currently extremely busy with the move and build, so we apologise for any delay in getting back to you. The best way to contact us is by email – either on admin@thenewbridgeproject.com for general enquiries, or find our individual addresses on our Staff page.
We are in the process of moving our studio members into their new spaces, and we are currently at full capacity. You can join the waiting list for studio spaces that may become available by emailing our Studio & Member Coordinator Ruby Glover on r.glover@thenewbridgeproject.com
