Job Opportunity – Operations & Reporting Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated individual, who can work with us to underpin our operations and our relationships with funders and partners. The Operations & Reporting Manager will be a pivotal role, enabling the whole organisation to flourish, supporting the effective running of the organisation following the recent growth of our team and programmes.

Salary: £26,000 FT

Hours: This role could be 4 or 5 days a week depending on preference (salary for 4 days would be pro rata)

The Operations & Reporting Manager is a new and important role at NewBridge, which will support the effective running of the organisation following the recent growth of our team and programmes. We’re looking for someone to provide key support to the Director and the wider team, in a pivotal role that will be a part of the backbone of NewBridge, enabling the whole organisation to flourish.

The Operations & Reporting Manager will oversee areas of organisation and project operations, monitoring and evaluation, reporting to funders and partners, and will work closely with the Director and staff team on policy development, company administration, HR and line management.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated individual, who can work with us to underpin our operations and our relationships with funders and partners. You’ll have direct or transferable experience across operations management, reporting, evaluation, policy development and implementation, and budget management, with an understanding of managing and supporting groups or individuals.

Selection process

Applications will be assessed by at least two members of the NewBridge team and a Board member, and we assess applications using a matrix based on the answers given in your statement or audio/video application. Please note this scoring matrix is based on the skills and experience outlined in section 3, and how well you demonstrate your ability to carry out the responsibilities in section 2.

We will primarily use your statement for our assessment so please ensure any information you want us to see is in your statement rather than your CV.

Interview
