The second issue of the Lockdown Gazette is here! A newspaper for the digitally excluded of Newcastle and Gateshead. A collective effort from the For Solidarity Network in response to exceptional circumstances imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
These papers were distributed to communities who might not have access to the internet during isolation, via organisations already sending out essential deliveries. Now you can read it online here too! Thanks to everyone who contributed and to Roots and Wings for pulling it all together.
For Solidarity is a growing peer support network of organisations, projects, initiatives and individuals across the North East. Collectively we aim to strengthen and grow existing networks of solidarity for a more democratic, socially just and ecologically sustainable world that supports all of our material and social needs.
