Anna Lilleengen is a Yorkshire-based fine art photographer with family roots in Scandinavia. In her work she explores transience and a sense of ‘being in the world’ through her abstract, affective landscape photography. She uses vintage cameras and analogue processes to capture a sense of physical fragility set against strength of presence/mind and memory. She has an MA in Image and Time-based Media from Harrogate School of Art & Design (Leeds Beckett University) 2012, and regularly exhibits in the UK and abroad.
