Perfect for people with no experience, those looking for a full refresher or experienced photographers. All inductions and workshops are led by lens based artists Janina Sabaliauskaité and Phyllis Christopher.

Designed for those who have taken the ‘Contact Sheet and Image Printing Workshop’ and wish to further their printing knowledge or solve specific problems. Tailored to your interests, topics covered can include burning and dodging, contrast filters, bleaching and toning of prints and spotting of final prints.

Inductions are open to everyone. You must be an Associate or Studio Member to use the darkroom on a regular basis.
After the induction you can get a one-day pass costing £5 per half a day or £10 per full day, to cover chemical costs. Access to the Darkroom will be arranged in advance using shared Google Calendar.
